Our Mission
The North East Builders & Remodelers Association of Massachusetts is a non-profit trade association consisting of over 230 single and multi-family builders, developers, remodelers, suppliers and other allied professionals to the residential construction industry.
We are one of over 800 local chapters that comprise NAHB, a national association representing the building industry based in Washington, DC. Since 1942, NAHB has helped promote the policies that make housing a national priority. With over 140,000 members of both builders and the vendors that serve them, NAHB strives to create an opportunity for Americans to realize the dream of homeownership, and the freedom for builders to operate as entrepreneurs in an open and competitive marketplace.

HBAMA Resources
We are also a member of the HBAMA, a state-level association with over 1,200 single and multi-family builders, developers, remodelers, suppliers, and other allied professionals in the residential construction industry. The Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Massachusetts Charter of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) dates back to 1959. The collaborative goal of this and all chapters of the association is to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing for all consumers.
Members of NEBA are automatically members of both the state association and the NAHB.
